信访工作人员专念与工作旺盛感:心理资本和幸福感的多重中介作用

目的:探究心理资本和幸福感在信访员工专念与工作旺盛感之间的中介作用。方法:采用专念问卷、工作旺盛感问卷、心理资本问卷及幸福感问卷对来自北京、河北等地信访部门737名工作人员进行测查。结果:①相关分析显示,专念与心理资本、幸福感均呈现正相关,工作旺盛感与心理资本、幸福感均呈现正相关;②结构方程模型分析表明,专念对工作旺盛感的直接效应显著,心理资本和幸福感在专念与工作旺盛感之间的中介作用均显著,且心理资本-幸福感的链式中介作用也显著。结论:专念既可以直接预测工作旺盛感,又可以分别通过心理资本、幸福感的中介作用、以及心理资本-幸福感的链式中介作用间接预测工作旺盛感。

Objective:This study aimed to explore the mediating effects of psychology capital and well-being on the re-lationship between mindfulness and staff's thriving at work. Methods:A sample of 737 petition staffs in Beijing and Hebei was recruited to complete questionnaire survey. Results:①Correlation analysis showed that mindfulness was positively cor-related with well-being and psychology capital, and thriving at work was positively correlated with psychology capital and well-being. ②Structural equation modeling analysis showed that mindfulness had a direct effect on staffs'thriving at work. The mediating effects of psychology capital and well-being were significant, and the chain mediating effect of psychology capital and well-being was also significant. Conclusion:Mindfulness influences staffs'thriving at work, not only through the direct path, but also through the indirect path of psychology capital and well-being, as well as the chain mediating path between two variables.
